Services & Programmes

Our work is structured around several key workstreams, including Technical Assistance, Policy Creation, Advocacy & Communications, Data and MEAL, Programme Acceleration, and Peer Learning. We implement this through various targeted initiatives.

State-Level Strategy Localisation

A core part of our mandate is to support states in adapting the national HCD blueprint to their local context. A key example is the launch of the Akwa Ibom State ARISE HCD Strategy, the first state to fully align its sub-national development blueprint with national HCD priorities.

Data and Performance Monitoring

We utilize a data-driven approach to track progress and ensure accountability. The HCD Dashboard allows federal and state governments to monitor key indicators in real-time, such as immunization rates, child malnutrition, learning outcomes, and youth unemployment, enabling informed policy decisions.

Capacity Building and Partnerships

We are forging strategic partnerships to enhance the capacity of public officials. A key collaboration with the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin focuses on providing executive training in digital governance, development finance, and institutional strengthening to federal and state-level implementers.
